I've essentially removed the need to do any of the minigames (ie. I've heavily, heavily modifed my ME2 and ME3 coalesced.ini files. In some online games that permit it, I've had friends help me trade high level items to my low level alts. When done *well*, i generally enjoy the ability to both a) play at the start with endgame gear or conversely b) know that I can approach the game differently whilst still having older gear to fall back onto. My favourite thing is NG+, the ability to restart a game with all the perks/abilities/gear from a prior playthru. I like to play things at least once the way the developers intended, with some few exceptions over the years, but I do like being able to play games in other ways too. I have used cheats/exploits/mods frequently to alter games and gameplay and think the ability to tailor games to our own preferences is an amazing way to increase replayability.
